Czech post – Parcel Delivery To Hand

  • At the Post office the package will be stored for a maximum of 6 days
  • Please Check the shipment packaging status, especially if it is not violated in any way. If The consignment exhibits defects, unpack it only in the presence of the carrier. If you accept the shipment and find damage or loss of content later, we may no longer enter into any complaints procedure between You and the delivery company. If the consignment does not exhibit any defects, the carrier is not obliged to wait for opening the consignment.
  • In case you receive a shipment and you notice that its contents are damaged after opening, please contact the Czech Post customer service at number 840 111 244. You can claim a damaged shipment retrospectively for up to 3 days.

Czech Post – Parcel Delivery To Post Office

  • Shipping price: is determined by weight.
  • Your shipment will not be delivered to your work or home, but to a selected branch of Czech post (you can choose from 2700 posts)
  • About the Pickup option you will be informed by SMS or email
  • Do not go to the mail without this invitation, you may not be ready to pick up the
  • To pick up Your shipment you will need a code that will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail message
  • At the time of dispatch of the consignment, information including the email is delivered to Package number

  • Mail in the country of destination is treated according to the shipper’s disposition. When a shipment is returned to the sender, it indicates a reason for which it was not delivered.
  • The Delivery of a shipment or failure to fulfill another obligation of mail may be claimed for any post within six months of filing. The Mail will accept the complaint only on condition that the claim is submitted by the original submission receipt.

DHL – Czech Republic
